Prime Projects was founded by Justin Carroll, a builder and construction consultant with over two decades of experience managing high-end residential projects in California. After years of working closely with homeowners, architects, and builders, Justin saw how complex and overwhelming the construction process can become — especially for clients making major personal and financial investments in their homes.

Prime Projects was created to provide what’s often missing: a steady, trustworthy presence to guide the entire process. We act as a dedicated advocate for our clients — helping them navigate decisions, manage teams, and protect their vision every step of the way.
